Foresight ELS conducts independent WHS audits and operational reviews across construction, education, manufacturing and transport. We are not interested in producing a long list of findings that leaves you more overwhelmed than when you started. WHS Management System Audits 

A review of your documented WHS systems, policies and procedures against the WHS Act and Regulations, relevant Codes of Practice, and your own stated obligations. We assess whether your documentation reflects your actual operations and whether it is being actively implemented and maintained.

ISO Standard AuditsInternal audits against ISO 45001 (Safety), ISO 14001 (Environment) and ISO 9001 (Quality) standards for organisations seeking certification or maintaining an existing certified management system. We conduct gap analyses, pre-certification readiness reviews and ongoing internal audit programs.

Site and Operational Reviews

A practical walkthrough and assessment of your physical workplace, work practices, hazard controls and safety culture. Suitable for construction sites, school campuses, manufacturing facilities and transport depots. Less formal than a system audit but often more revealing about what is actually happening on the ground.

Subcontractor Compliance Reviews

For principal contractors and builders, we review the WHS documentation and compliance status of your subcontractor base, identifying gaps and providing recommendations for your prequalification and management processes.

CoR Compliance Reviews

For transport and logistics operators, a focused review of your Chain of Responsibility obligations under the National Heavy Vehicle Laws, covering fatigue management, load restraint, scheduling practices, maintenance systems and the due diligence obligations of your management team.

School WHS Health Checks

A targeted review of school WHS systems, documentation and practices designed specifically for the education sector. Covers excursion risk management, contractor controls, hazard identification, staff consultation processes and principal due diligence obligations.

What You Get

Every audit and review engagement produces a written report in plain language with clear findings, a risk-based priority rating for each finding, and practical recommendations rather than vague observations. We also provide a debrief discussion to walk through the findings and answer questions before you receive the final report.
