There are situations where a document or a phone call is not enough. Sometimes the most effective safety support is a qualified, experienced consultant physically present in your operation, whether that is for a specific project, a period of change, a regular review, or ongoing part-time coverage.

Foresight ELS provides independent, face-to-face WHS support across Southeast Queensland. We work across all four of our core sectors and adapt our approach to the environment we are walking into, whether that is a construction site, a school campus, a manufacturing floor or a transport depot.

What On Site Support Looks Like

Our on-site engagements typically fall into one of four categories, though in practice they often overlap depending on what your business needs at the time.

Project Safety Resourcing

For construction businesses kicking off a significant project, or any organisation bringing on a large body of work, we provide dedicated safety resourcing for the duration. We attend site, conduct inspections, review documentation, support prestart and toolbox talks, and give your project leadership confidence that WHS obligations are being actively managed rather than assumed.

Part-Time Safety Support

Many businesses need regular WHS input but cannot justify a full-time safety officer. We provide structured part-time support on a scheduled basis, typically a set number of days per month, covering inspections, documentation reviews, staff interactions and reporting. This works particularly well for schools, small to medium manufacturers and trade businesses managing growing compliance obligations.

Systems Rollout Support

Building a new WHS system is one thing. Getting your people to actually use it is another. We assist organisations through the implementation phase of a systems project, attending on site to support training, answer questions, troubleshoot early issues and help embed the new processes into daily operations.

Periodic Reviews and Inspections

For organisations that want an independent set of eyes on a regular basis without a formal audit, we conduct scheduled operational reviews and site inspections. You receive honest, practical feedback and a clear picture of where things stand, without the formality or cost of a full audit process.
